Pedestrian Hit Crossing Street

Our client was struck by the operator of a pickup truck with a snow plow attachment to the vehicle. The accident occurred in Fredonia, NY while she was crossing the street within the crosswalk.

Injuries included a tibia/fibula (leg) fracture, open reduction/internal fixation, further surgery to remove screws, as well as a bone graft. She is totally and permanently disabled. This case settled against the operator’s insurance carrier.
